The Technical Support Tier 2 Engineer is part of a close knit team that supports Ektron's customers. The position requires balancing customer service, technical troubleshooting, and communications skills to handle the day-to-day delivery of technical assistance to Ektron's customers. Skills essential to this role include the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Good organizational skills and self-discipline are also required.
The Ektron Webmaster is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and maintaining Ektron's marketing web properties to ensure consistency in content, design, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ektron's websites are central to nearly all marketing and sales activities and integration of the site with CRM and marketing automation systems is critical to the role. The role focuses on using the site and these integrations to drive sales and marketing ROI working in collaboration with the Marketing team. This position reports to the CMO.
