We are looking for an exceptional person with strong communication and legal contract negotiation skills.  The candidate will be an integral part of the legal department, negotiating agreements with customers, partners and vendors reporting directly to the General Counsel.  The legal team provides support to all parts of the business, so this role will involve working closely with sales, marketing and engineering teams along with other business management services team such as Finance and HR.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage all detailed aspects of Ektron’s day-to-day outbound marketing activities and also strategically plan for new growth opportunities to better support our sales team and ultimately drive new opportunities.  The candidate should have at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in outbound marketing with a heavy focus on paid marketing campaign management across multiple channels.
