The Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer is part of Ektron support team who primary objective is to provide front line technical support for Ektron's customers. The position requires a focus on customer service, technical troubleshooting, and outstanding communications skills. A positive attitude and the ability to quickly triage issues are essential in this role. Good organizational skills multitasking and self-discipline are also required.
The Technical Support Tier 2 Engineer is part of a close knit team that supports Ektron's customers. The position requires balancing customer service, technical troubleshooting, and communications skills to handle the day-to-day delivery of technical assistance to Ektron's customers. Skills essential to this role include the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Good organizational skills and self-discipline are also required.
