The individual in this role will identify, develop and generate new business leads in an assigned territory and act in support of the field account executives. The business development executive will contact influential marketing executives and educate them and create value around Ektron's digital experience management platform.

The Solution Architect will support sales productivity, partner enablement, and customer evaluations by collaborating closely with product and technical teams to highlight the many ways EPiServer solutions meet customer needs.
The job includes travel up to 50-60%.
The Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer is part of a team chartered to support Ektron's customers. The position requires the right blend of customer service, technical troubleshooting, and outstanding communications skills to handle the day-to-day delivery of technical assistance to Ektron's customers. A positive attitude and the ability to quickly triage issues are essential in this role. Good organizational skills, multitasking, and self-discipline are also required.
The Technical Support Tier 2 Engineer is part of a close knit team that supports Ektron's customers. The position requires balancing customer service, technical troubleshooting, and communications skills to handle the day-to-day delivery of technical assistance to Ektron's customers. Skills essential to this role include the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Good organizational skills and self-discipline are also required.
