The Director of Inside Sales reports directly to the Chief
Sales and Marketing Officer and is a part of the company’s extended management
team. This role has responsibility for
Ektron’s Inside Sales team which is goaled with demand generation goals as well
as the marketing and selling of Ektron’s Managed Cloud and subscription
Assist in the achievement, and act in support of, the sales of Ektron products and solutions into the approved markets in support of assigned company goals and quotas.
As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Ektron, you will use your
experience to provide assistance to the sales force (direct and channel)
offering an in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use
of our products in order to close sales opportunities.
Ektron, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled,
extremely motivated, passionate, and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
This individual must be able to steward a
project from conception through deployment, and serve as both a client partner
and an internal team leader. The ideal candidate has experience in managing
external software development/implementation projects. Major
responsibilities include daily client management and project coordination with
Ektron’s Professional Services team.
Ektron has a
very solid installed base of customers that purchase maintenance in order to
protect their investment in the Ektron products. The primary responsibility in
this role will be to manage and oversee the day-to-day maintenance renewal
activities with software customers while striving for customer satisfaction and
near 100% renewal rates.
Solutions Architect is responsible
for Architecting and Estimating Services engagements for Ektron’s existing and
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for growing existing business and relationships within Ektron's largest and most strategic accounts by engaging, nurturing and up-selling products and services throughout an assigned territory.
The Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer is part of Ektron support team who primary objective is to provide front line technical support for Ektron's customers. The position requires a focus on customer service, technical troubleshooting, and outstanding communications skills. A positive attitude and the ability to quickly triage issues are essential in this role. Good organizational skills multitasking and self-discipline are also required.
The Technical Support Tier 2 Engineer is part of a close knit team that supports Ektron's customers. The position requires balancing customer service, technical troubleshooting, and communications skills to handle the day-to-day delivery of technical assistance to Ektron's customers. Skills essential to this role include the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Good organizational skills and self-discipline are also required.
